Who are we?

Cherish We Care is an established business in Townsville that provides a range of support services to clients with a disability. We are proudly registered as a provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), offering a wide range of services under the NDIS scope. We provide support services for individuals living with a disability aged between 7 and 65 years and over. Our Registered Nurses and Support Workers are highly qualified, experienced, and come from diverse backgrounds to meet industry requirements.

Who is Eligible for the NDIS?

The National Insurance Disability Agency (NDIA) is responsible for the implementation of the NDIS and they are the ones who determine an applicant’s eligibility for funding. For a person to become eligible for NDIS support they must meet the following criteria:
  • Must be a citizen or resident of Australia or a permanent visa holder.
  • Must be under the age of 65 at the time of application
  • Should meet the specified disability or early intervention conditions.
